Ex-boyfriends make me go mmmmmmm.

So I have one who I still talk to .  It was a very bad break up all because he cheated and he dragged it on.  I don't do drama.  I close the door on the situation and walk away.  Anyway we still talk because he is a good person.  He just cannot remain faithful to whoever he is with.  Oh well. 

So he calls me Sunday morning and leaves a message. " Call me back I was just talking about you and I need to tell you what it was about." Great, I can only imagine.  This is the same ex-boyfriend who I have been broken up with for about 8 years and he still has a picture of me in his locker. 

So I call back. He tells me he's talking to his baby momma (this is what he calls her), and explains to her should he die, his employer has excellent death benefits so the kids will be well taken care of.  Great, and this has to do with me how?  He says to her "oh wait, um Michelle is still the beneficiary." 

Dude are you kidding me?  But wait thats not the crazy part.

He tells me hes too lazy to change it because he has to do too much paper work to make the simple change.  But he knows if anything, I would do the right thing.   ( where is the "you have got to be kidding me" smiley to insert right here)

He has three kids now and the crazy thing is when we got together he had one he could have listed as the beneficiary.  Now you have a total of three and you have yet to remove your ex-girlfirend who you cheated on to make sure your kids are covered???????????????

And you want me to be involved in a situation dealing with money between two women who have your children should anything happen to you?????

Is anyone else slightly confused.
